I have owned and operated Bird Dog Brigade since 2015 and have completed over 10,000 visits in this time. I never grew up with pets so my passion for animals came later in life with the rescue of a cat and two dogs. Fostering dogs from the local shelter helped fuel my passion which led to volunteering at the CT Humane Society as a dog walker and trainer.

My mission is to assist you with your busy lifestyle while providing continuity in your pet services using sound care in a relaxed environment. My hope is to create a worry-free experience for you and your pet. We look forward to being your future pet sitter.
Macie Tozzoli

My name is Macie and I have been a pet owner most of my life, mostly cats and dogs, but other small animals as well. I’ve always been passionate about being around animals and helping to care for them. I volunteered at the CT Humane Society several years ago, walking the dogs and cleaning the kennels and cat spaces, while also fostering cats and dogs in my home. More recently I have fostered pets with Monkey’s Pack. I have some experience administering medications as needed for my own pets as well as foster animals that have been in my care. Since starting at Bird Dog Brigade I have found a joy in working that I’ve never had before and I’m excited to meet you and your pets and help you maintain the best quality care for them.

My name is Grace and I grew up with a zoo of pets- from hamsters to cows to everything in between. My father bred labs during my childhood so I was a lucky kid always having puppies around the house. I'm currently attending college as an Environmental Science major with a passion for land and wildlife conservation. I am very comfortable around animals and more than happy to help you and your pets with the care they need. Working for Bird Dog Brigade has allowed me flexibility with my schedule while providing me experience working with animals. I look forward to meeting you and your pets.
